Southold Indian Museum

Summer Children's Program

Every year the museum sponsors a Children's Program during the last week in August. Using the museum as a resource, children explore archaeology using the tools of an archaeologist. The program also uses legends, crafts, music, dance, and other Native American resources to help children learn about Indian culture, past and present.

The program is designed for children in second through fifth grades. Right now, we're still in the planning stages but if you'd like more information as it becomes available...

Contact the museum by phone (631-765-5577) or e-mail indianmuseum@aol.com to learn more about the program and the registration process.
